Leisureland RV Center Named One of 2022 Idaho Business Review's Top Companies

2022 Top Companies in Treasure Valley

Leisureland RV Center was recently named as one of the 2022 Top Companies in Treasure Valley. This inaugural awards program was created in 2022 and is a project of the Idaho Business Review and Best Companies Group.

This regional survey and awards program was designed to identify, recognize, and honor the best places of employment in Treasure Valley, Idaho, benefiting the region's economy, its workforce, and businesses. The 2022 Top Companies in Treasure Valley list is made up of 14 companies!  

To be considered for participation, companies had to fulfill the following eligibility requirements:

- Have at least 15 employees working in Treasure Valley (Ada and Canyon Counties);

- Be a for-profit or not-for-profit business or government entity;

- Be a publicly or privately held business;

- Have a facility in the Treasure Valley region; and

- Must be in business for a minimum of 1 year. 

Companies from across the region entered the two-part process to determine the Top Companies in Treasure Valley. The first part consisted of evaluating each nominated company's workplace policies, practices, and demographics. This part of the process was worth approximately 25% of the total evaluation. The second part consisted of an employee survey to measure the employee experience. This part of the process was worth approximately 75% of the total evaluation. The combined scores determined the top companies and the final rankings. Best Companies Group managed the overall registration and survey process in Treasure Valley and also analyzed the data and used their expertise to determine the final rankings.  

Leisureland RV Center will be recognized in a special publication and at an awards program, where the rankings will be revealed, by company size, for the first time along with profiles of each winning company. Additionally, companies that rank highest in the following categories will be recognized.

-Top Company to work for Millennials  

-Healthiest Top Company

-Top Company in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion

-Family Friendly Top Company
